What is your cancellation policy?

What will I expect with a bikini wax or brazilian wax and how to prepare?
During your wax, warm wax is applied and gently removed to take the hair out from the root. You may feel a little discomfort, especially if it's your first time, but the service is quick, professional, and leaves you smooth. Some redness afterword is normal and usually fades within a few hours. To prepare, make sure your hair is about 1/4 inch long, gently exfoliate the day before and skip lotions or oils o the day of your appointment. Wear loose, comfy clothing afterward, and if you're worried about sensitivity, you can take a mild pain reliever 30-45 minutes before your service.
